These terms govern access to, browsing of and use of Enawi as a technology platform for publishing and participating in raffles.

This website and the Enawi platform are provisionally operated by ENAWI TECHNOLOGY, S.L. These details may be updated before the final launch.
Enawi provides a digital tool that allows registered users to create, publish, manage and participate in raffles. Enawi acts as a platform provider and not as the direct organizer of raffles published by third parties, unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific communication.
Access to certain functionalities requires registration and the submission of truthful, up-to-date and complete information. The user is responsible for safeguarding credentials, for all activity carried out through the account and for keeping the profile data properly completed in order to buy entries or create raffles.
The user creating a raffle assumes full responsibility for its content, offered prize, mechanics, public communication, prize delivery and compliance with any legal, tax, administrative and consumer obligations applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. For physical prize raffles, delivery is handled by the creator. For cash prize raffles, the platform may only intervene in the automated technical flow provided for that purpose.
Enawi does not guarantee the legality of each raffle published by users and is not liable for breaches attributable to the organizer or third parties. The platform may review, suspend, limit or remove accounts, raffles or content when it detects possible legal infringements, fraud, risk to other users, abusive use of the tool or breach of these terms.
These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules applicable according to the user's place of residence. For legal queries or notices related to these terms, users may contact legal@enawi.com (MOCK data).
