You must have a registered account with the required information correctly completed. In addition, the organizer must define the prize, the raffle conditions, the dates, the price if applicable, and make sure the activity complies with the law in the relevant territory.
Entries may be purchased by registered users who have correctly completed the information required by the platform and who meet any legal or territorial conditions that may apply in each case.
For physical prize raffles, delivery is handled by the raffle creator. For cash prize raffles, the platform may manage the technical automated flow designed for execution, without thereby assuming the status of the material organizer of the raffle.
Responsibility for legality, taxation, permits, official rules, communications and prize delivery lies with the organizing user. Enawi acts as a technology tool provider and does not replace the legal obligations of the raffle creator.
